Welcome to another installment of Seeds & Sand, a daily haiku prompt.  I’m glad you’re here!

For today’s prompt, let’s look at the picture above: a bar in a tourist town at midnight.

You’ll have to let your imagination run with this one. I’m giving you the inside setting … can you write a haiku that brings the bar and nature together? And if your imagination involves powerful, real emotions – how can you add these to the haiku without sounding “sappy”?

I’ll add some intrigue. You can embrace it … or reject it … your choice. 🙂

    • Yes … sorry … I may or may not have been out drinking (ahem) when I wrote this. Um … well… given that there’s a pub photo I guess I can’t deny it … lol!

      Wait! This is America! Of course I can deny it! Fake pub! Fake pub!
